Ear Acupuncture Clinic
Saturday, May 10th from 11am-1pm
Experience the 5 needle protocol (5NP), a series of 5 acupuncture points in the outer ear that regulate and calm the nervous system. A licensed acupuncturist will explain the protocol and place the thin, sterile, single-use stainless steel needles. Once placed, people typically rest quietly with the needles for 15-45 minutes. People often experience a calming sensation that can last beyond the treatment. Ear seeds, or tiny seeds on a piece of bandage, will be available for those not comfortable with needles. The seeds apply pressure to the acupuncture points, and can be pressed for further stimulation. Registration is required – please sign up here.
