Barreless Barre Beginners
Tuesdays: March 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th at 9:30am

Barreless Barre Beginners is an adult fitness class (ages 18+) using chairs, resistance bands, pilates balls, and weights (optional) to aid in movement that is based in Pilates, Yoga, and dance exercises. Registration is not required, but you can sign up here to receive reminders.
