The Friends of the South Milwaukee Library is an integral organization that supports the library through fundraising and advocacy.

Support the Friends and the library by becoming a member of the Friends of the South Milwaukee Library. As a member, you’ll get special member invitations and discounts at book sales and library events. Plus, your support will go towards your local library’s children’s and adult programs and much more. If you’d like to become a Friend, you can fill out a membership form at the library.

Members of the Friends have several meetings a year to discuss fundraising, events, volunteer organization, officer appointment and other agenda items. These meetings are held in the library in the 2nd floor Board Room and start at 5:30pm.
